Ghanaian musician King Paluta recently expressed his gratitude to everyone who supported him during his rise to stardom, including his former girlfriends.
In an interview on United Showbiz on UTV, the ‘Aseda’ hitmaker shared the challenges he faced in his music career before achieving success.
When asked about his journey and how he managed to sustain himself during the challenging times, King Paluta credited the unwavering support he received from various people, including his ex-partners.
He mentioned that he considers himself fortunate to have encountered individuals who supported him wholeheartedly.
Reflecting on his slow progress before hitting the big time, King Paluta emphasized his dedication to music as his driving force.
Despite initially facing minimal views on his YouTube videos, he remained steadfast and patient, allowing things to unfold naturally over time.
King Paluta, also known as Thomas Adjei Wireko, is a renowned Ghanaian rapper and singer who launched his music career in the early 2000s.
His songs, particularly ‘Sika Aba Fie,’ resonate with the youth, inspiring them towards success.
His track ‘ASEDA’ has garnered significant popularity, earning him four nominations at the Telecel Ghana Music Awards (TGMAs) and the prestigious title of Best New Artiste in 2024.
“I don’t rush; I let everything happen in its own time. When I first started music, I hardly got views on my videos uploaded on YouTube. I used to get about five to ten views in one year.
“But I was just living my life; I love what I do, and I love music, so finding myself around music — whether in the studio or listening to music — was okay for me,” he said.
