Popular actor Abraham Davis, widely known as Salinko, has quashed rumours surrounding his supposed demise, assuring fans of his well-being.
The confusion arose when fellow actor Don Little shared a poster on social media that appeared to announce Salinko’s death.
The poster, resembling a funeral announcement, featured the name “Bantama Kwasi Boakye” aged 36, accompanied by the phrase ‘What a Shock.’
Adding to the perplexity, Don Little’s caption included three laughing emojis.
Despite the discrepancy in details and the use of a fictitious name, some concerned fans were left uneasy.
Addressing the situation on GHOne TV, Salinko clarified that the misleading poster was a part of a TV series he is currently involved in.
The actor explained that the poster was created for a scene in the series, leading to the misunderstanding.
“I want to urge my fans and beloved people to be calm. But if there are such plans, I cancel them in the name of Jesus and it shall never come to pass,” Salinko declared emphatically, putting an end to any speculations about his untimely demise.
Abraham Kofi Davies, also widely and professionally known as Salinko of ‘Bantama Kwasi Boakye’ is a famous Ghanaian Kumawood comic actor and movie producer who has carved a niche for himself in the movie industry.
