A prominent figure within the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Gabby Otchere-Darko, has found himself in a digital dilemma after an unfortunate mishap with his gadget.

He took to social media to express his distress over what he describes as a major technological blunder.

In a post on X (formerly Twitter), Gabby revealed that he accidentally reset his device to its factory settings while attempting to update the software.

The unintended reset has left him concerned about the potential loss of valuable data, including apps, photos, videos, and messages.

He is currently soliciting for advice on the next steps to take.

Gabby’s post read: “I am in big trouble! I’m not that digitally sound and can please do with some urgent help. I’d wanted to simply update my software and pressed the wrong command and now my device has gone all the way back to factory setting. Does that mean I’ve lost all my apps, photos, videos, messages? Complete memory loss! What do I do now? Please help! Ay3 critical…”
