“Atsu had been monitoring the works of Crime Check Foundation and he reached out about 5 years ago. His dream was to see the fines of petty offenders being paid. He started pouring in money through which many petty offenders were released and reintegrated into society. He has consistently advocated the passage of noncustodial bill into law and it’s a pity he’s gone today,” Mr Kwarteng said.
