The political strategist and lawyer accidentally reset his device to its factory settings while attempting to update its software, a mistake that has left him worried about the potential loss of valuable data.
In a post on X (formerly Twitter), Gabby shared his distress, revealing that the unintended reset could mean the loss of his apps, photos, videos, and messages. Now, he’s turning to the public for help.
“I am in big trouble! I’m not that digitally sound and can please do with some urgent help. I’d wanted to simply update my software and pressed the wrong command and now my device has gone all the way back to factory setting. Does that mean I’ve lost all my apps, photos, videos, messages? Complete memory loss! What do I do now? Please help! Ay3 critical…” Gabby posted.
