God didn’t shame us for not conceiving after 9 years – Selly Galley on twins’ christening

At the celebration of her twins’ christening on August 31, Ghanaian actress Selly Galley-Fiawoo opened up about the difficulties she and her husband, Praye Tietia, endured during their journey to parenthood.

Reflecting on their nine-year wait to conceive, Selly expressed deep gratitude for the blessing of their twins.

She recounted the challenges they faced, including public mockery and negative comments on social media due to their struggle to start a family.

Despite the hardships, Selly highlighted how their love for each other has remained strong and unwavering.

“I’ve faced a lot of tears and trials over the years,” Selly shared.

“But through it all, our faith in God has been our anchor. Sixteen years ago, when this man entered my life, everything changed for the better. Our journey has not been easy, but we are now blessed beyond measure. Even amidst the ridicule, our love has only grown stronger, and now we are grateful for the gift of our twins.”
