Ghanaian defender Kevin Danso helps RC Lens to beat Marseille to continue French Ligue 1 title chase

Austrian-born Ghanaian defender Kevin Danso was in action when his side RC Lens defeated Marseille to go second of the French Ligue 1 table.

The defender was rock solid at the back as his side inflicted a 1-0 win over Marseille at away to continue their title chase.

RC Lens currently sit second on the table with 27 points, trailing Paris Saint Germain by five points after 12 matches into the campaign.

Danso lasted the entire duration to help his side pick an important away win over their opponent.

Meanwhile, his compatriot Salis Abdul Samed played full throttle for Lens as they cruised to victory.
