Fire destroys sections of Labone Honeysuckle

A fire erupted at The Honeysuckle Pub and Restaurant in Labone, Accra, on Saturday, October 26, around 5 p.m., affecting parts of the popular venue.

The Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS) responded promptly, successfully containing the flames to the kitchen and preventing significant damage.

Firefighters quickly arrived on the scene and worked efficiently to control the situation.

To ensure safety and minimize the risk of reignition, officials from the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) disconnected power at the site.

In an update shared on the Fire Service’s official Facebook page, Assistant Division Officer Alex King Nartey praised the collaborative efforts of GNFS and ECG in securing the premises.
