Fella Makafui has received advice to take legal action against Medikal for breaching confidentiality and defaming her character, stemming from his decision to divulge her secrets and harm her business.
Controversial Ghanaian lawyer Maurice Ampaw stated that Fella Makafui failed to seek proper legal counsel, which could have prevented Medikal from exposing her secrets.
Ampaw emphasized that secrets shared between married couples are typically protected by confidentiality.
He suggested that Fella should have sought legal assistance as soon as Medikal began exposing her secrets, potentially obtaining an injunction to mitigate her current troubles.
Medikal’s revelations during his emotional outbursts against Fella reportedly led to her arrest by the FDA for selling unlicensed products and an invitation from Nungua traditional leaders to account for land purchases.
Ampaw believes that with adequate legal representation, all these issues could have been prevented.
