“Everyday I’m in pain, I’m not mobile” – Yolo’s Drogba

John Peasah, widely recognized as ‘Drogba‘ from the series Yolo, has revealed that his health has taken a severe downturn, leaving him in constant pain and unable to manage daily tasks like bathing and using the washroom.

During a phone interview with DJ Slim on Daybreak Hitz, Peasah described the profound impact his illness has had on his mobility, stating that he struggles to move and is in pain every day.

Peasah shared that his condition affects his brain, spinal cord, and legs, even impairing his speech.

He is battling multiple health issues, including Stiff Person Spectrum Disorder, a rare neurological condition that leads to muscle stiffness and painful spasms.

Additionally, he suffers from GAD Positive Cerebellar Ataxia, which disrupts his coordination and balance, along with visual challenges, tremors, and dizziness.

To cope with the overwhelming financial burden of his treatment, Peasah has launched a GoFundMe campaign to raise $280,000 for medical care abroad, as his resources have been significantly depleted.
