Cameraman drags Megan Thee Stallion to court; claims he was forced to watch her sexual acts

American rapper Megan Thee Stallion is facing legal action from her former cameraman, who alleges that she created a hostile work environment.

Emilio Garcia filed a complaint in Los Angeles, accusing the rap star of subjecting him to uncomfortable situations, including witnessing her engaging in sexual activities.

Garcia’s complaint, obtained by Page Six, details an incident during a tour stop in Ibiza, Spain, in June 2022.

He claims that Megan had sexual relations with another person while they were in an SUV, and he was present during this event as he was working as her personal videographer at the time.

In an interview with NBC News, Garcia expressed his discomfort, stating, “I felt uncomfortable. I was kind of frozen, and I was shocked.”

He also mentioned feeling degraded by comments allegedly made by Megan, including derogatory remarks about his weight and eating habits.

“To hear someone who advocates about loving your body tell me these things, I felt degraded,” he told NBC News of the remarks the “Savage” rapper, whose real name is Megan Pete, allegedly made.

According to Garcia’s claims, Megan changed his payment structure from a fixed monthly rate to a “pay-per-task” system after the Ibiza trip, resulting in a significant decrease in his earnings and job opportunities.

The lawsuit alleges that Garcia suffered emotional distress, financial losses exceeding six figures, and health issues due to the alleged toxic work environment.

“[He] endured a barrage of relentless sexual and fat-shaming comments plunging him into profound emotional distress,” according to the complaint, further claiming the videographer now struggles with “mounting anxiety, depression and physical distress stemming from the toxic work environment.”

The complaint outlines a series of incidents where Garcia alleges he was subjected to sexual and fat-shaming comments, leading to anxiety, depression, and physical distress.
