Information circulating on social media suggests that Ghana Black Stars player, Daniel Amartey, has erased content that are related to the senior national team on his Instagram page.
This information was put out by renown blogger, Kalyjay, on X platform. The Independent Ghana cannot confirm this assertion as we do have in our possession evidence of Black Stars content that were formerly on his wall.
Currently, there are just three posts on Amartey’s Instagram page. Two show him training with a foreign team and the third of him in a relaxed setting.
Many social media users believe there is tension between the player and the senior national team. They believe that this so due to the lack of important roles given him.
Most often, he is benched or not included in the team’s starting XI.
