Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia and his wife, Samira Bawumia, caused a buzz on social media when they were captured spontaneously dancing to a song by Ghanaian artist Guru at a rally in Kumasi.
The event was part of the Bawumia Youth Connect campaign and featured a lively performance by Guru, known for his hit “Lapaz Toyota.”
During Guru’s performance, the Vice President couldn’t resist dancing when the lyrics “Odo me de car no be ma wo” played, a line that humorously resonates with Dr. Bawumia’s political persona as the ‘mate’ aspiring to be Ghana’s ‘leading driver.’
