Former Ghanaian football star Asamoah Gyan has made headlines after a video circulated on social media showing him at a Techno event where celebrities were invited to take photos on a custom blue carpet.
Upon his arrival, Gyan was asked to pose for a picture but declined, citing the absence of any ambassadorial deal discussions as the reason for his refusal.
Gyan emphasised that if Techno wanted to use his image, it was imperative to engage in discussions regarding a formal agreement.
He stressed the importance of doing things correctly, highlighting the need for a mutually beneficial partnership.
His stance at the event has sparked varied reactions on social media, with many discussing the significance of proper contractual agreements in such collaborations.
