Kai Havertz expressed solidarity with his Arsenal teammates, stating that they are “all in this together” after the team’s impressive victory over Burnley.

The win, coupled with their recent high-scoring performance against West Ham, has seen Arsenal close the gap at the top of the Premier League to just two points.

Arsenal’s goal-scoring prowess was on display once again, with captain Martin Odegaard opening the scoring with a well-placed shot into the bottom corner after a pass from Gabriel Martinelli.

Bukayo Saka then doubled the lead from the penalty spot after Lorenz Assignon fouled Leandro Trossard in the box.

“We are in a good moment, we have won all of the games so far so it feels good,” Havertz said after the match.

“Behind that was hard work and there are many hard games to come. We have to continue the hard work.”

England forward Saka continued Arsenal’s goal-scoring spree by netting his second just after the restart. He capitalized on a clever pass from Odegaard, cutting inside and firing a shot into the roof of the net.

Although Havertz’s initial attempt was blocked in the box, Trossard capitalized on the rebound to curl in his third goal in as many league games.

Arsenal’s dominance was further highlighted when Jakub Kiwior’s long throw found an unmarked Havertz, who slipped behind the defense to drill the ball past Burnley’s goalkeeper James Trafford, sealing a comprehensive victory for the Gunners.

With 21 goals in five consecutive wins, Arsenal now trail leaders Liverpool by just two points. Meanwhile, Burnley remains in the relegation zone.
