Ghanaian food vlogger Sweet Adjeley, also known as Naa Adjeley Quaye, recently discussed how she handles negative comments as a food blogger during an interview with Giovani Caleb on 3FM Drive.
Initially, she used to ignore negative feedback, but now she responds when comments become overwhelming.
“Initially, I ignored negative comments, but now I respond when it gets too much,” Sweet Adjeley shared.
“Some comments aren’t positive, but we learn from them. Sometimes, waking up to a harsh comment can be upsetting.”
She also mentioned her husband’s initial reluctance towards her vlogging career, preferring privacy.
However, she noted that he has been very supportive despite his initial concerns.
Sweet Adjeley, a mother of four and a medical assistant, has been sharing cooking lessons for seven years, featuring her own recipes and spices on platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook, where she has amassed over one million subscribers.
