Akindele challenged the notion that women cannot achieve financial success without relying on men, citing successful female entrepreneurs like Folorunsho Alakija as examples of women thriving independently in business.

She encouraged women to take proactive steps, such as starting their own businesses even on a small scale, rather than waiting for big opportunities to come their way.

Drawing from her own experiences, Akindele shared how she used to buy affordable handbags and still felt confident and satisfied using them.

This experience reinforced her belief in self-worth and the importance of personal initiative.

Akindele’s message to women is clear: believe in yourself, focus on your goals, and cultivate a supportive and empowering environment for personal and professional growth.
