Officials from Buckingham Palace said that King Charles III and Queen Camilla will go to a special Easter church service at Windsor Castle on Sunday.
This will be the first big event for Charles since he found out he had cancer in February. Officials announced on Tuesday that Charles and Camilla will be joined by other royal family members at the Easter Sunday service at St. George’s Chapel. = A chapel that belongs to George.
The king is getting regular treatments and has stopped doing almost all of his public events since he found out he has cancer. Officials didn’t say what type of cancer Charles has, but they said it’s not connected to his recent treatment for a non-cancerous prostate condition.
