We will win the majority in Parliament – Bawumia tells NPP parliamentary candidates

Presidential Candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, and the leadership of the 2024 national campaign team have held discussions with the party’s parliamentary candidates in ‘orphan’ constituencies.

In his address to the candidates, Dr. Bawumia emphasized the crucial role of parliamentary candidates in securing victory for the NPP in their respective constituencies.

He highlighted the achievements of the Akufo-Addo-led government, stating that the candidates should find it easy to campaign given the government’s strong performance.

Dr. Bawumia expressed confidence that, with the right enthusiasm and approach to campaigning, the party will emerge victorious in the upcoming December general elections.

The Vice President also said, “I have observed first-hand, the enthusiasm and readiness of the Party’s Parliamentary Candidates, and I am confident that the Party will win the 2024 general elections and also secure a clear parliamentary majority.”
