Ama Serwaa, who claims to be a member and delegate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has noted that the current economic conditions the country is facing have affected her nutrition.
During an interview on TV3, Ama Serwaa revealed that she was able to eat fufu twice daily when she was financially sound, but due to hardships, she finds it difficult to eat fufu once a day.
“I am hot, I used to eat fufu two times daily, but as of now, I am even struggling with one,” she said.
For this reason, she has decided to auction her vote to the highest bidder. According to her, the decision stems from the low or no impact of interventions taken by government that are aimed at ensuring the wellbeing of citizens.
“So for me whoever pays the highest has my vote because we don’t see them after elections. No one is ready to sacrifice for the country, all of us want something to survive on.”
