Chlöe has finally shared her long-teased song, “For the Night,” featuring Latto.
The two artists announced the song on Twitter earlier this week, with Chlöe sharing a clip of the pair on FaceTime. “I’m so excited. I cannot wait for everyone to hear what you did on ‘For The Night!’” Chlöe says.
Chlöe initially previewed the song back in May, as well as two other songs, prompting her fans to help her choose which would follow her track “Surprise,” which arrived in June. “Surprise” is the third single from her forthcoming debut solo album, preceded by “Treat Me” and “Mercy.”
Earlier this month, Chlöe revealed that she wrote “For the Night” about Gunna. “Imma tell y’all a little secret about ‘For The Night,’” she said on Twitter Spaces. “I might regret saying this, but hey, maybe it’ll help f*cking streams. I don’t even think he knows this! I wrote ‘For The Night’ about Gunna.”
She also shared that she’s not seeing anyone right now. “I’m single, guys. Sorry to bust bubbles, but when I wrote that song months ago, I wrote it about him.”
