The manager of Arsenal, Mikel Arteta, has addressed rumours that he will leave the club to join Real Madrid. This season, Arteta has had a fantastic run of results with the north Londoners, and the Spaniard has put his team in a strong position to contend for the Premier League championship.
Arsenal currently enjoys a five-point advantage over Man City at the top of the standings, making them the clear favourites to win the domestic championship.
The team from the Emirates has reportedly won 20 of its last 26 Premier League games this season, leading the league with 63 points.
Real Madrid and Arteta are connected. But given that Real Madrid is reportedly interested, it appears Arteta may not stay long at the Emirates Stadium.

“Managers and players can’t control what is written by the press,” Arteta retorted. “What I can tell is that I’m fully focused on what I’m doing here and extremely proud and grateful to do what I’m doing in this football club. That’s it,” he added, as quoted by Metro UK.
