As a car went up a kerb and struck two individuals, four people were detained.
During a disagreement in the High Road, they were struck at around 1:30 a.m. yesterday in Wembley, north-west London.
I woke up at little after one in the morning to hear yelling outside, according to a witness who claimed they were awakened by a “noise of yelling” in the early hours.
I could see a group of eight to ten individuals yelling and occasionally pushing one another outside the post office from my balcony, but they weren’t actively fighting, so it appeared like it would blow over.
‘However, after 10 minutes or so of this continuing, a car mounted the pavement about where the Subway shop is, and drove towards the post office, at the people on that pavement.’
