7 Hearts of Oak fans to be arraigned before court today

Seven fans who were caught at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium for breaking the seats at the Green Stands are set to be arraigned before the High Court on Tuesday 442gh.com can confirm.

The fans were caught after breaking the seats at the score board area when the referee ignored a penalty call which eventually resulted in the opener for Asante Kotoko.

The number of seats destroyed by the fans has risen from 173 to 275 as earlier reported which has been confirmed by the National Sports Authority in Kumasi with each seat costing an amount of GHC 110.00.

The seven fans still remain in police custody as they have been refused bail to be arraigned before the High Court tomorrow.

Hearts of Oak lost by 2-0 to Asante Kotoko in the second leg of the their two legged encounter at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium on Sunday.
