Radio station based in Kumasi, Angel FM,has reported that Isaac Ampong, known in the music industry as Great Ampong, has been suspended by the Seventh Day Adventist Church.
This decision follows a thorough investigation by the church over recent weeks.
The suspension reportedly stems from Ampong’s actions that are considered inconsistent with the Seventh-Day Adventist principles.
Notably, he has performed at various events on Saturdays, a day that is designated for Sabbath observance according to church teachings.
The final trigger for his suspension was his recent ordination as a pastor during his travels abroad, which further complicated his standing within the church.
