Don’t be hasty in casting your ballots – Shatta Wale tells fans

Dancehall artist Shatta Wale has called on his fans to make informed choices ahead of the upcoming elections on December 7.

Speaking during his performance at the Ghana Report Concert held at Independence Square, he paused his energetic show to share a vital message with his supporters.

Shatta Wale urged them to be cautious and avoid making impulsive voting decisions.

He warned against being misled by political gimmicks and empty promises often used by parties to influence voters.

“If you’re going to vote, please be wise about it. Don’t fall for any fanfooling. I don’t want you to vote for some party and later come complaining. Vote wisely,” he said.

Maintaining a politically neutral position throughout his career, Shatta Wale encouraged his audience to critically evaluate the track records and policies of political candidates before making their selections.

He highlighted the importance of making choices that would benefit the nation rather than simply following trends or being swayed by superficial commitments.
