Famous Swedish striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic is reportedly planning to leave AC Milan at the end of the season
After playing for LA Galaxy in Major League Soccer, Zlatan returned to the Italian giants in 2019.
Sportbible reports that the 41-year-old had a productive two-year stay at San Siro, where he helped the team win the Serie A championship the previous season.
However, the former Manchester United and Barcelona striker has endured a frustrating campaign with Milan this season, with injuries taking a toll on him.
As a result, the 41-year-old has managed just four appearances for Rossoneri this term, scoring just once thus far.
Ibrahimovic linked with AC Milan exit
Reports in Italy now claim AC Milan are looking to part company with the veteran striker at the end of this season.
Foot Mercato claims the club are not looking to offer him a new contract once the current one expires this summer.
Despite his advanced age, Ibrahimovic looks set to continue playing at the top level, with Italian top-flight side Monza said to be keen on his services.
Monza are currently placed 13th in the Serie A standings and are keen to reinforce their squad at the end of the campaign.
