Setting and breaking records, as Messi sets New Guinness World record after impressive brace for Inter Miami

Lionel Messi’s impact remains undeniable, and his recent accomplishment came during an extraordinary triumph for Inter Miami against Atlanta United in the Leagues Cup.

As reported by Goal, Messi delivered a sensational performance, scoring two goals in the team’s 4-0 victory alongside Robert Taylor, making a significant statement for his new club.

Of particular note, his second goal in the match earned him a new Guinness World Record, as it became the most-watched live event in the history of the United States.

The video of his goal has garnered an astounding 3.4 billion views, setting yet another remarkable milestone for the 36-year-old superstar since his move to MLS from Paris Saint-Germain this summer.

Since joining Inter Miami, co-owned by David Beckham, Messi has already netted three goals in just two appearances, showcasing his exceptional talent on the field.

Moreover, during the same match against Atlanta United, Messi revealed a new goal celebration after his brace, as stated by Give Me Sport, adding even more excitement to his outstanding performance on Tuesday night.
