Georgia-based Ghanaian international, Samuel Inkoom who plays for Samantra FC has spoken about the coronavirus lockdown situation in the country with an advice to Ghanaian players.
Most of the countries are on a lockdown to prevent the the spread of the coronavirus pandemic.
The deadly virus has infected over a million of the world’s population with thousands killed.
According to Samuel Inkoom, Georgia is in their third week of the lockdown and he suggests that the lockdown is the best shot at overcoming this virus.
Inkoom in an interview with Tru FM and he thinks even though the lockdown has halted football in the country, it is the best possible way of saving human lives.
He also advised the the Ghanaian players by telling them to use the hand sanitizers and all the protocol measures.
“What I will tell my colleagues is that, we all know and we have missed the game but we should listening to the doctors, we should also use the soaps, sanitizers and that kind of stuffs. I think if we are doing that it will help us.”
