Cristiano Ronaldo’s mother, Dolores Averio, has dismissed reports claiming that her son is set to end his relationship with long time partner, Georgina Rodriguez.
Per reports, the couple is experiencing some hiccups and this might end their relationship.
According to Dolores Averio, the two love birds are having some challenges which is normal for any couple.
However, she denied the fact that the duo intend to split up due to their issues.
“It’s all lies. Every couple argues, but what’s been written is a lie.”
She is of the view that “the jealous one invents a rumour, the gossipy one spreads it and the idiot believes it.”
Also, Filipa Castro, Cristiano’s friend, has defended the couple.
She said: “I can affirm from a 100 percent reliable source that they are as always doing very well. This is just stories, gossip, made up by people who can’t stand Gio. They are a couple who have love to give and give away.”
Ronaldo, 38, and Rodriguez, 29, have been together for seven years and their relationship has seemed to be growing strong, with their bond on display in Georgina’s Netflix series ‘Soy Georgina.’
