Fc Barcelona have not had a fantastic campaign this season. They have lost the league title to their rivals Real Madrid, they do not have much hope in the Champions League with the squad they currently have. The season could end trophy less, a thing they are not used to.
Their skipper Lionel Messi, despite having secured the top scorer award in La Liga and also the player with the most assists in the league, admitted that his team is very dull. Just after the resumption of the La Liga, Barcelona dropped points and all the blames went to their coach Quique Setien .
Messi denied any reports that suggested that he was not happy with the Barcelona President Josep Bartomeu and that he would leave the club in the summer. Bartomeu however cleared the air and said that all was well between him and Argentine.
However, reports from the Camp Nou are claiming that Lionel Messi prefers the current Leeds manager Marcelo Bielsa who just got promoted to the English Premier League.
Bielsa has led a wonderful Leeds team that stayed out of the top flight for 16 years and just when they have got promoted, Messi wants him at the Camp Nou.
It will be a blow to Leeds if they lost a manager who has worked all that only for him to be taken by the Spanish giants Barcelona. Bielsa is a former Argentina professional footballer and played for Old Boys.
