Ghanaian midfielder, Mohammed Kudus, has now surpassed Andre Dede Ayew as the highest-scoring Ghanaian player for West Ham United.
This milestone was achieved during West Ham’s 4-3 defeat against Newcastle United, where Kudus netted his 7th goal for the club in the Premier League.
Remarkably, Kudus achieved this record with his 13th goal across all competitions for West Ham, accomplished in just 35 games.
This surpasses Ayew’s previous record of 12 goals in 50 appearances for West Ham over two seasons.
Kudus also leads the list of Ghana’s top goal contributors in the Premier League, with a total of 11 contributions, including 7 goals and 4 assists.
Since joining the Hammers, Kudus has demonstrated his scoring prowess in various tournaments, including the UEFA Europa League and the EFL Cup.
