Head coach of Kumasi Asante Kotoko Maxwell Konadu believes his outfit is making steady progress following their 1-0 victory over Dreams FC in match day 9 of the Ghana Premier League.

The Porcupine Warriors will host regional rivals Ashantigold in the match day 10 at the Baba Yara Stadium on Sunday.

Speaking ahead of the game, he said, “We have improved a lot after playing WAFA and Dreams FC. I think the progression of the team is steady. We will try to improve upon that and make sure we win our game against Ashantigold” he said.

“The team keeps improving, so we are going to make sure that we win the match because the three points is very important to us” he added.

Kotoko are 4th on the table with 17 points whilst Ashantigold are 2nd with 17 points.
