Kumasi Asante Kotoko captain Amos Frimpong is confident his side will beat Simba FC in an International friendly on Wednesday in Dar-es-Salam.
The Ghanaian giants are in Tanzania for the Simba Day annual celebrations, and will play Simba FC as part of the iternary for the occasions.
The Porcupine Warriors, however, will use the game to keep their players in good shape following the suspension of domestic football in the country.
Defender and captain of the side, Amos Frimpong is very positive of his sides chances against Simba and has also called on fans of the club to come out in their numbers.

“We are very prepared for the game and we are going to give the fans a very good game so I am entreating the supporters to come in their numbers to witness a very good game. The last time Kotoko came to play against Simba, I was part of the team and we won,” he told the press ahead of the game this afternoon.

The Kumasi based club held their first training at the national stadium in Tanzania on Tuesday.
Asante Kotoko traveled with 18 players and the technical team and some staff of the club.
Simba FC are Champions of the Tanzanian league and have three Ghanaian players in their set up including former Liberty Professionals midfielder James Kotei and Nicholas Gyan.
