Kingsley Schindler, a German-born Ghanaian football player, has stated that Cologne is where he feels most at home.
In a recent interview, Schindler highlighted his affection for the squad and the city of Cologne, where he currently plays for the football team.
Schindler’s comments have provided followers and fellow athletes with a peek into his private life and how he’s acclimating to his new surroundings.
“The boys are great, the coach is great. My daughter was born here. What else can I say? There are many arguments that show how comfortable I feel,” he said.
FC Koln coach Steffen Baumgart hinted that the club’s transfer ban will likely be stopped which will allow the club to look at the contract situations of players like Schindler.
“We assume that the judgment will be revised,” said Baumgart.
Steffen Baumgart considers Schindler part of his first team plans.
“It’s not like King just left. Then we have one or two talks and we still have a little time to decide.”
