December 18 scheduled for the beginning of 2023/24 second transfer window for the football season


The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has officially notified Premier League, Division One League, and Women’s Premier League clubs that the second registration window for the 2023–24 football season will commence on Monday, December 18, 2023, at 00:01 GMT.

In an effort to facilitate player transfers and ensure accurate registration, clubs are strongly encouraged to take full advantage of this registration window.

The GFA emphasises that the registration window will conclude on Monday, January 15, 2024, at 23:59 GMT.

All clubs are expected to adhere strictly to these dates and complete the necessary registration processes within the designated timeframe.

It’s important to note that there will be no extensions beyond the specified closing date.

This announcement serves as a timely reminder for clubs to prepare for the upcoming Registration Window, ensuring a smooth and punctual registration process for the 2023–24 football season.

The GFA expresses gratitude for the cooperation of all clubs in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of the registration procedures.
