Ghana’s 27-man squad for the upcoming international friendlies against Nigeria and Uganda includes players from various clubs around the world.
Among them are David Akologo from Bolivia, Ibrahim Osman from Nordsjaelland, Nathaniel Adjei from France, and Diomande Mohammed from Rangers of Scotland.
These four, along with Frederick Asare from Asante Kotoko, have earned their debut call-ups due to their standout performances at their respective clubs.
The matches, set to take place in Marrakech, Morocco, mark the start of a new era under coach Otto Addo. Additionally, Brighton and Hove Albion’s Tariq Lamptey returns to the squad after recovering from an injury.
The squad also sees the return of Patrick Kpozo, Abdul Fatawu Issahaku, and Edmund Addo.
Notable names like captain Andre Ayew, Jordan Ayew, Mohammed Kudus, Osman Bukari, Samed Abdul Samed, and Elisha Owusu are also included.
Ghana will face Nigeria on March 22, followed by a match against Uganda four days later.
