Manchester City has officially announced that Algerian winger Riyad Mahrez has completed a £30 million transfer to Al-Ahli, a club in the Saudi Pro League.
The 32-year-old has signed a contract until 2027 with his new team and is reportedly set to earn an impressive £750,000 per week.

After joining Manchester City in 2018 from Leicester City for a fee of £60 million, Mahrez experienced remarkable success during his time at the Etihad Stadium.

Mahrez’s departure from Manchester City marks the end of an era for the talented winger, who has now embarked on a new chapter of his career in Saudi Arabia.
He was given permission to miss City’s pre-season trip to Japan and South Korea to finalize the move to Al-Ahli.
