DJ PC crowned Best International DJ at the 2024 Ghana DJ Awards

US-based Ghanaian DJ, DJ PC, has been honoured with the Best International DJ (Ghanaian) award at the 2024 Ghana DJ Awards, recognizing his exceptional skills on the turntables.

The prestigious award ceremony, which celebrates Ghanaian DJs who have made remarkable contributions to the industry, highlighted DJ PC’s efforts in promoting Ghanaian music on the global stage.

His achievement stands as a testament to his unwavering commitment to showcasing Ghanaian culture through music.

DJ PC triumphed over a competitive field including notable DJs like DJ Bluey from the UK, DJ Abena from Belgium, and DJ Fiifi, also from the UK.

This recognition is a nod to DJ PC’s role in elevating Ghanaian music within the US entertainment scene and beyond, cementing his position as a key player in spreading Ghana’s musical influence worldwide.

In response to receiving the award, DJ PC expressed his gratitude to the Ghana DJ Awards organisers, particularly Mercury Quaye. He also thanked his family, DJ Steve, DJ Phinaj, and Becky Tweneboah Darko for their unwavering support throughout his journey.

He extended his congratulations to all the other nominated DJs.

While humbled by the honour, DJ PC acknowledged the increased responsibility it places on him to continue pushing Ghanaian music further into the global spotlight.

For now, he remains deeply appreciative of the recognition, which has further fuelled his mission to share Ghanaian music with the world.
