The family of actress Moesha Boduong is reportedly gearing up for legal action against a blogger who shared unauthorised videos of her recovery process.
The blogger, who attended the same church where Moesha sought divine healing for her stroke-related issues, filmed and disseminated private footage of the actress without her consent.
Moesha’s uncle, Ahmedu Boduong, voiced the family’s outrage over the violation of her privacy, particularly as she had been recuperating peacefully at home.
He noted that neighbours had shown respect for their privacy during her recovery, refraining from taking photos or videos.
The family is especially incensed that the breach of privacy occurred in a place of worship, emphasising that the blogger’s actions were motivated by a desire for online attention and misrepresentation of the situation.
In response to claims that Moesha had been fully healed by the pastor, her uncle clarified that her recovery was due to a combination of factors, including assistance from various spiritualists prior to her church visit, alongside the church’s support.
The family has declared their intent to take legal action against the blogger and issued a warning to anyone else considering sharing sensitive videos of Moesha.
