Real Madrid has announced that Kylian Mbappé, their new star signing, will be unveiled at the Bernabéu on July 16.
Mbappé, who signed a five-year deal this summer after leaving Paris Saint-Germain on a free transfer, marks the end of Madrid’s lengthy pursuit of the player.
The club anticipates a packed Bernabéu with its 81,000 capacity for Mbappé’s presentation, marking the largest-scale player unveiling since Cristiano Ronaldo’s arrival in 2009.
Mbappé’s participation in Madrid’s pre-season tour of the United States, starting with a match against AC Milan at Soldier Field on July 31, Barcelona at MetLife Stadium on Aug. 3, and Chelsea at Bank of America Stadium on Aug. 6, is yet to be confirmed.
Following these fixtures, Real Madrid will face Atalanta in the UEFA Super Cup in Warsaw on Aug. 14, before kicking off their La Liga title defense away at Mallorca on Aug. 18.
