Togbe is not helping Hearts Of Oak- Joe Tagoe

Former Accra Great Olympics and Accra Hearts Of Oak midfielder, Joe Tagoe has lambasted board chairman of Accra Hearts of Oak, Togbe Afede and the entire management over poor management of the club.

Speaking on Agopramanso on Ashaiman TV, the diminutive midfielder revealed how unsatisfied he is with the management of his former club under the watch of Togbe Afede.

“I do not see him helping Hearts of Oak. I have not gotten closer to him much, but from afar, he is not helping.

The management of Hearts of Oak are not good in terms of managing a club.

At first, when playing football, your first motive is to play for Hearts or Kotoko. We have learnt our lessons now and we would not want the next generation to fall victim.

I will not advice young players who come to me for advise to play for Hearts. What I will tell you will let you run from Hearts.

I expect them to invite some of us who criticize the club on television or radio and sit us down and will know why we are saying that.

They always want to be the best or one of the best clubs in Africa, but behind the scene, what goes on is not good at all.”
