Ronaldo tops list of highest paid Saudi players; earns double Neymar’s salary

Cristiano Ronaldo is reportedly earning double that of Neymar as Saudi Pro League’s top 10 salaries have been revealed ahead of the 2024-25 season.

Cristiano Ronaldo is reportedly earning twice as much as Neymar, as the top 10 salaries in the Saudi Pro League have been disclosed for the 2024-25 season.

Capology reports that Ronaldo tops the list with an annual salary of €200 million.

This is double the earnings of Neymar and Karim Benzema, who each make €100 million. Following them is former Manchester City player Riyad Mahrez, earning €52.5 million.

The hefty salaries of these players highlight the Saudi Pro League’s ambition to become a leading destination for top football talent.

As the 2024-25 season begins, several other stars, including Casemiro, Ederson, Alisson Becker, and Kevin De Bruyne, are being linked to Saudi Arabia.

Neymar managed only five appearances for Al-Hilal in the 2023-24 season due to a severe ACL injury, earning an astounding €20 million per match.

However, as he nears a return, Neymar is eager to meet expectations and assist his team in defending the league title.
