Late A. A Lawal to be buried today

Late Eastern Region FA boss A. A Lawal will be buried on Tuesday in accordance with Islamic custom.

Lawal died on Monday after a short illness.

The former Executive Committee member of the Ghana Football Association will be laid to rest at Nsawam on Tuesday.

He was a strong personality who presided over football in the Eastern region for close to a decade.

He died at the Nsawam Government Hospital.
