Harrison Afful to join the Black Stars squad today

US-based defender Harrison Afful will join his Black Stars teammates in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia today (Wednesday) ahead of their 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Kenya.

The arrival of the Columbus Crew right back will complete the list of 20 players invited for the assignment to be played in Nairobi.

Afful has been enjoying constant game time in the MLS and scored on Saturday as his side secured a 2-1 win against New York City FC.

He is expected to train with the team later today.

Afful is regarded as one of the senior players of the current Black Stars players.
