Giovanni Reyna is determined to depart Borussia Dortmund in the January transfer window and has been actively presented to prominent European clubs, as sources informed ESPN.
The U.S. international has seen limited playing time this season, clocking just 320 minutes in 12 appearances across all competitions.
With the assistance of his agent Jorge Mendes and father Claudio, Reyna is actively seeking a move, whether on loan or a permanent deal, with Dortmund reportedly seeking around €15 million ($16.3m) for his transfer.
Reyna, under contract until June 2025, has been offered to various clubs, including Marseille, Monaco, and Lyon in France; Real Sociedad, Sevilla, and Villarreal in Spain; and Benfica in Portugal.
Premier League clubs Wolves and Nottingham Forest, suggested by Mendes, are also potential destinations.
Despite some clubs rejecting the opportunity due to their current squad status, Spanish clubs like Sevilla and Real Sociedad are reportedly interested, believing Reyna’s playing style suits La Liga.
With two weeks left in the transfer window, Reyna and his team are taking their time to make the best decision for his future.
