Some nine Ghanaians have been arrested in Brampton, UK after police officers conducted a search in their apartment.
The Police seized a loaded .9mm calibre Glock 17 handgun, an unloaded .9mm calibre Glock 17 handgun, a loaded .9mm calibre Jericho 941S handgun, and quantities of crack cocaine and fentanyl.

The nine Brampton residents were charged with numerous firearms offences and multiple counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking:
1. Joshua Ansah, an 18 year old male
2. David Ansah, a 23 year old male
3. Samuel Ansah, a 21 year old male
4. Alexander Mills-Smith, a 20 year old male
5. Emmanuel Amponsah, a 20 year old male

6. Georgina Owusu-Ansah, a 61 year old female
7. Kwaku Ansah, a 61 year old male
8. David Osei Owusu, a 22 year old male
9. A 14 year old male (name withheld under the Youth Criminal Justice Act)
All nine appeared at the Ontario Court of Justice on November 5 for a bail hearing.
