Jordan Ayew set for Crystal Palace medical ahead of move from Swansea City

Swansea City forward Jordan Ayew is expected to undergo a medical at Crystal Palace ahead of a sensational switch to Selhurst Park.

The 26-year-old, who has been linked with a move to either Leicester City and Fulham all summer, is expected to complete to Palace a sensational move to Palace.

Palace appears to have completed a transfer coup by agreeing terms with the Swans over the transfer of the Ghanaian and Senegalese Cheikhou Kouyaté.

Ayew is scheduled for a medical  after Palace agreed a deal that will see former Ajax midfielder Jaïro Riedewald moved to south Wales permanently.

The Ghana international spent 18 months at Swansea after signing from Aston Villa.

The former Marseille forward contributed seven goals and two assists in 36 Premier League fixtures last season, but Swansea were still relegated from the top flight.

He is hoping to follow his brother through the exit door after Andre joined Turkish giants Fenerbahce on a season long loan.
