Although times are hard but NDC cannot be the solution – Kennedy Agyapong

The Member of Parliament (MP) for Assin Central, Kennedy Agyapong, has suggested that despite Ghana’s current economic volatility, voting for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the upcoming December polls will exacerbate the challenges.

Speaking to supporters of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) at the Suame Magazine, he emphasized that while he is fully informed about the country’s affairs, he believes that granting the NPP another opportunity will foster a conducive environment for all.

Mr Agyapong highlighted the NPP’s Free Senior High School (SHS) program, acknowledging its controversial inception but asserting that it has provided opportunities for disadvantaged students to pursue their education.

He urged voters to consider the benefits of the free SHS policy for their children and future generations.

“As a result of NPP’s Free Senior High School (SHS) policy, needy Ghanaian students have been to enroll is high schools. Of course the economy is suffering, I can attest to that. However, when you are going to vote come December 7, think about the benefits your children will derive from the Free SHS programme”.

In conclusion, he asserted that the NDC cannot offer a promising future for Ghanaian children.”
