Ghanaian legal practitioner Maurice Ampaw has revealed that he might have become a pastor if not for the influence of women, which he believes the devil used against him.
In an interview on the Delay Show, Ampaw shared that he felt called and anointed to be a man of God, a path his mother deeply wished he had pursued.
“I am a covenant child, the only thing my mum is highly disappointed about me is the fact that I didn’t become a pastor. The calling and anointing are there. I realized that the devil used women to attack my calling. That is the weapon used to attack me. It is my little weakness; if I was loose, it would have been too much,” he explained.
During the interview, Maurice Ampaw also declared himself one of the most formidable lawyers in the country, boasting an impressive track record of winning over 300 cases.
“I am one of the strongest lawyers in this country. The things I have accomplished here, no lawyer born of a woman can match. The fights I take on are the ones others shy away from. I have also made a mark on social media. I have won over 300 cases, including human rights cases for clients like Chairman Wontumi, Sarah Koblah and among others,” Ampaw shared.
